Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.

Tip: Stand naturally with arms relaxed at your sides.

2. WAIST

Measure around the smallest part of your natural waist. This is typically just above your belly button.

Tip: Bend slightly to one side — the crease that forms is your natural waistline.

3. SEAT

Measure around the fullest part of your seat (hips and buttocks). Keep the tape level and ensure it sits across the widest point.

Tip: It can help to measure in front of a mirror to ensure the tape stays straight.

"I love these tops - I have one in Deep Cherry and another in Chaff. Purchased in S they have just the right amount of room and shape. I'm in XS riding tights and XS Ariat tops. If you want more fitted at this size, the XS would be great but for that cosy top with room to put base layers, the S is awesome. Love these for fit. Would be great if they had pockets but that would just be a bonus. Always happy with my Vala gear."
