How do I care for my Vala Equestrian products?
To keep your VALA clothing in top condition, we recommend washing your garments inside out on cold machine wash. Dry out of direct sunlight.
What payment methods can I use?
We accepted payment via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX), Afterpay and PayPal. We also accept payment via Shopify pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Can I change an order that is already placed?
If you see an error in your shipping address or want to modify/cancel your order, please email us at customercare@valaequestrian.com with your request marked URGENT in the subject line as soon as possible and we'll try our best to help out. Our warehouse work hard to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we’ll be able to stop your package from being sent out in time to change the address or cancel. If your order is not able to be changed, you will then need to follow the exchange process.
What are shipping times and costs?
Free shipping is offered on orders with a cart value of $100AUD or higher with a delivery address within Australia, and international orders of a cart value of $300AUD or higher. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business days of placing the order, subject to all items being in stock. If items cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to advise.
